Gigi

I adopted Gigi on 12-29-10 and she has quickly taken her place in our family. She was one of the 70 dogs surrendered from a home in Aikin, MN. I had a dream the morning I found her online about a small brown dog with a white chest swimming toward me with our chocolate lab in the lake we camp at during the summer. Later that day there she was on your website. I waited patiently through the day of work knowing that if she was meant to be mine she would be there when I got off of work at 5:30. Well she was there and quickly cuddled into my neck the first time I held her. It has only been two weeks but she is quickly claiming her place in our home, making it known to her big brother Bud that she will guard her bone no matter what. And she has decided that this guy they call 'Daddy' is her favorite person in the house. She follows him everywhere and even sleeps with her head on his pillow between Mama and Daddy. She has also proved that she can be housebroken with only 2 accidents in the house in 2 weeks. She has taken over the heart of this household and moved out of her shell very quickly. She HAS found her forever home!
