Clark Kent

I had lost my beloved cat, Lois Lane, two years ago and decided it was time for me to love another animal as I did her. On my favorite holiday, Valentine's Day, my brother agreed to come with me to Animal Humane Society to look at the dogs, in particular "Clancy." I had seen him on the website the night before and as cliche as it sounds "it was love at first sight." When I saw him in person, I knew I had to have him.

Clark Kent (yes the opposite of Lois Lane!) has been the greatest addition to our family! The only minor set back I experienced was learning a week or so after adoption that Clark Kent was positive for the early stages of heartworm disease. I am happy to report that as of a few days ago, he has successfully completed his treatment! He is truly a blessing in my life and I cannot imagine being without him now. Thank you Golden Valley Animal Humane Society for bringing us together!
