Any information that would be helpful for the person finding your pet to know?:
We need your help! Late Saturday night 2/2/13 or early Sunday 2/3/13 the fencing on the kennel was tapered with and our two dogs were removed from the garage. We believe that they may have been surrendered to a rescue. We have not been able to locate any pictures of the dogs but here is a bio on each. We wanted to get this information out as soon as possible.
Gypsy – Female/Spayed Shepherd Mix (we believe possibly collie)
Gypsy was adopted from the Humane Society of Pierce/St. Croix 2-23-02 – was believed to be 3 years at the time so now is approximately 14 years old. Prior to adoption it was believed that she was hit by a car with poor or little vet attention. Her hips are very sensitive and will let you know if you touch them just right. She is mostly tan with dark brown and black. She does have a chip AVID *040*352*571 – not sure what number it is registered to.
Durango – Male/Neutered Medium Size Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler Mix
Durango was adopted from St. Francis Animal Rescue 2-18-03. He was believed to be 2 at the time and would now be approximately 12 years old. He has had the tendency to snap at people if he is being forced to do something he does not want to do. He is black and white with tan on his face. He does not have a chip.
PLEASE NOTE Both dogs were reported to have killed cats prior to their adoption and they have both killed cats together that have gotten into the fenced yard or kennel. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH CATS. We do not want a foster to take in one of these dogs and lose a family cat.
If you have any information on one or both of the dogs please contact us at:
