He is very friendly and probably will come right up to you. More than likely someone has him and he's not just wandering around. He is a very smart cat and has never left home before. He is allowed to go outside and only stayed in the yard until that night. He is chubbier than in the photo I added. He is like a son to me, so if you see him, please try and catch him!
