UPDATE! The owners for this little guy were found and he's happily back home with his humans. He had a microchip and all it took was a visit to my local vet. Just a reminder to pet owners who have "chipped" their pet: make sure your information is updated regularly. It really helped to reunite this cute kitty with his owners. :)
