Cindy Lou is the WCCO Pet of the Week

Who is black and white and happy all over? Cindy Lou that's who.  This 4-year old Border Collie is full of sugar and spice and is super social and nice. She's waiting for her new family at the Golden Valley site however she made a guest television appearance on WCCO where she sat pretty for the camera.
