Humane Society Gift Certificate Purchase Form
This form allows you to purchase a gift certificate online using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express and to print it on your local printer. What a great way to create a gift you can give right away! The certificate is valid for one full year from the purchase date and may be redeemed for merchandise, pets, and pet supplies at our Golden Valley or Coon Rapids locations. Enter the value of the certificate you'd like to purchase in the form below. If you like, you may also personalize the certificate with the recipients name. You will need a working printer to create your certificate. A color printer will enhance the appearance of your certificate, but is not required.

The Animal Humane Society does not sell or exchange any customer's name, address, email address, or purchase information. You will receive an email confirmation of your credit card transaction if you supply an email address. The money you pay for your purchase will be used carefully in support of the programs and services offered by the Society. We will use it to help care for the animals in the shelter until new homes can be found for them.
